Try out some body percussion, have a dance or simply listen to the music – you can even bring your knitting or colouring books! Feel free to move around and engage with the music in a way that feels relaxed and comfortable to you. Relax with a cushion, try out some body percussion or draw as you listen to the music. Each concert is different, come and enjoy!

This show is a relaxed performance, which also means that it is dementia friendly.
