High blood pressure, often called the silent killer, affects thousands of people without them even knowing. That’s why we’re working across Lewisham to make it easier to check your blood pressure, understand what it means, and take small, positive steps to protect your future.

​Led by Africa Advocacy Foundation in collaboration with King’s College London, this campaign brings together local partners, faith leaders, and trained Community Champions to create access, awareness, and support, especially within underserved African and Caribbean communities.
