Age Guidance:  All Wellcome

Presented by Lewisham Libraries for our first Health and Wellbeing Day, which offers workshops, wellness sessions, health checks, activities, and advice for all ages. We are bringing together many of Lewisham’s health and wellbeing services under one roof to offer free guidance and support for your mental and physical health. You can also try something new, such as a workshop or wellness session, and pick up some freebies. Please bring your children to our story and song session, colouring, and craft clubs featuring fun, healthy themes. Throughout the day: NHS Health Checks offering a free check-up of your overall health Lewisham Cancer Awareness Network Sexual Health Services Stop Smoking NHS app: guidance and help with using the app Arts Network for creative wellbeing Lewisham Wellbeing Hub for mental wellbeing Food justice and cost of living LGBT Hero for LGBTQ+ health and welfare AND many more to be added!
