Family and Carer Support Service
Offers emotional and practical support, signposting and information to stroke survivors, their families and carers over the phone, at home and in the community. Contact Annette Carty for further information.

Offers support to stroke survivors who have communication difficulties by providing opportunities for peer and community support. The service aims to raise awareness of stroke and communication disability in Lewisham. Contact Rachel Morrison for further information.
